1. Company data and property rights
The e-commerce website www.urbantrend.it is owned by the company Urban Trend S.a.s. di Livio Padovan e C. (hereinafter “Urban Trend”) with registered office in Borgo Udine 7/A, 33057, Palmanova (UD), Italy, registered in the "Registro delle imprese di Udine" with No. 02783530302, REA number UD-287832, € 1.800 social capital fully paid and VAT number IT02783530302.
All the contents of the Site www.urbantrend.it such as images, logos, documents or other are the exclusive property of the Urban Trend company, which prohibits any reproduction of its materials, except in the case where it is authorized by Urban Trend itself.

2. Validity of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Conditions") govern the sale and provision of services by Urban Trend to the site user (hereinafter the "Guest").
The Guest is required to fully review all our Conditions and is obliged to accept them before each purchase.
The Conditions are governed by the Italian Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (hereinafter, the "Consumer Code") and by the Italian Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70, implementation of European directive 2000/31/CE relating to legal aspects of information society services, with reference to electronic commerce.

3. The contract between the Guest and Urban Trend
The commitment between Urban Trend and the Guest begins when Urban Trend has sent to them the confirmation email of the order receipt (hereinafter the "Booking") and its acceptance. Urban Trend has the right to withdraw from any commitment in the event of errors or inaccuracies concerning bookings that appear on the website www.urbantrend.it.
The complete procedure for the execution of the reservation cannot be successful if there are difficulties in communicating with the telephone number (mobile phone) indicated at the time of booking.

4. Prices, availability and payment methods
Rooms and related services are indicated on the site and are always inclusive of 10% VAT and tourist taxes, which are equivalent to € 1.50 per person per day (from 12 years of age).

The payment methods available are: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. The method of payment by bank transfer is only possible for phone, email and chat reservations.

5. Cancellation Booking and right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the articles 64 and following of the Consumer Code, the Guest has the right to cancel the Reservation without penalty and without specifying the reason, by sending an electronic written communication (email), through the Contact page of this Site, within a limit of 7 full days before the date of arrival. If the booking is last-minute, namely with arrival within the 7 full days following the booking date, the right of withdrawal is NOT applicable.
Therefore, if the right of withdrawal is applicable, the amount of the entire stay will be refunded by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the Customer himself (or possibly by another method agreed by both parties), with a timing for refund up to 14 working days.
If the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the amount to be paid always corresponds to the amount of the entire stay. If the Guest violates the provisions concerning the withdrawal from these Conditions, the Sale Contract will remain valid and effective.

6. Facility policy
Each Guest is required to read and know the rules of our facility, indicated on the Facility policy page of this Site. In particular:

• The Guest is obliged to a decent use of the rooms and the building. Therefore, any type of damage resulting from improper use by the Guest, will be charged to them, without exception.
• Urban Trend cannot be held responsible for valuables and money left in the room.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel and in all rooms.

If you continue browsing and purchasing you accept the terms and conditions expressed in the following policies, pursuant to art. 13 of the EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

8. Current legislation and competence
The contracts between the Guest and Urban Trend will be subject to the Italian legislation on distance selling (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) and all disputes arising from the contract will be resolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Udine, without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory law aimed at protecting the consumer.

9. ODR Platform
This is mandatory information pursuant to EU Regulation no. 524/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

According to the art. 1341 and following of the Italian Civil Code, the Guest declares to have read and approved entirely all the previous articles of this Sales Contract under these Conditions.
