  At the moment, it is not possible to book breakfast at the bar through our website. However, our guests can benefit from a 10% discount on Italian and international breakfasts served at our partner bar on the ground floor (Bar Demar). Breakfast must be paid for directly at the bar.

* ATTENTION! The addition of the kettle and the toaster in the room does not have an extra charge. But in the case of last-minute bookings, their presence is not guaranteed for the first night.

  Arrival Time

VERY IMPORTANT! For last-minute bookings (with arrival on the same day), reservations are accepted ONLY until 11:00 PM. Any last-minute bookings received after 11:00 PM will be automatically cancelled and refunded the following day.

Check-in usually starts at 12:00 (noon). If there are any minor changes to the arrival time, guests will be informed in advance.

Self Service Check-in

  The Check-In is always considered SELF SERVICE
(generally from 12:00pm (noon) onwards)

NB. If there are any changes to your arrival time due to cleaning schedules, you will be notified in advance.

After collecting your magnetic card, you can access your room at any time. Access to the building is 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Breakfast time

Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10:30am. NOTICE: breakfast is NOT included in the price of the room, but it requires the payment of a surcharge.

Visitors

It is absolutely forbidden to exceed the number of persons of the chosen room. Moreover, no visitors are allowed in the building without our prior agreement.

Damages and losses

Guests are requested to take reasonable care when using the property and its rooms. The furniture and contents of rooms must be left free from any damage. Guests will be charged for any damage or loss.

Valuables

Urban Trend S.a.s. shall not be held responsible for any valuables and money left in the room by guests.

No noise policy

There is a no noise policy from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and from 10:00pm to 9:00am.

No smoking

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building and its rooms. The penalty is removal from the facility and consequent inability to make a new reservation in the future.

Pets not allowed

In our facility and its rooms dogs and other pets cannot have access.
