What it is

The Self-Service Check-in allows you to access the property completely independently and quickly.

This type of check-in is required for all guests, who may access the property from 12:00 (noon) onwards. If there are any changes to your arrival time due to cleaning schedules, guests will be contacted in advance.

In some cases, it is possible to request a standard (non self-service) check-in. For more information, please contact us.

How it works

The high technology of our facility makes possible Self Check-in, which consists of using a PIN code to be typed on numeric devices placed next to the main door and the doors of the assigned rooms.

We remind you that during the morning of the Check-in day, guests will be sent the necessary instructions to access the facility.

Complete Instructions

Self Check-in Instructions

  • 1 Book
    • Book your room through the booking panel, specifying your arrival time.
    • Please note that the Self-Service Check-in will be applied automatically to all arrivals.
    • In some cases, it is possible to request a standard check-in, but you must contact us in advance.
  • 2 Await our email
    • After receiving the booking confirmation email, wait for a second email which will ask you to provide your documents and will inform you about the time from which you will be able to access our facility.
    • This email will be sent within 24 hours or a few hours in case of last minute booking.
  • 3 Send your identity cards
    • In response to the email you will be receiving, send the copies of the passports of all the adults who will stay overnight.
    • If you do not have a scanner, you can take a picture of the documents with your phone and send it by Whatsapp to the number you will be given.
  • 4 Await our confirmation
    • After sending your documents, wait for our Self Check-in confirmation, which will be sent by email.
    • IMPORTANT! Self Check-in instructions (including room number and PIN code to enter) are not sent immediately but during the check-in day.
  • 5 Receive the instructions
    • During the Check-in day morning (later than 10:30am), you will be sent by email all the instructions to Self Check-in, together with the PIN code and your room number(s).
    • If the Check-in day you do not have access to your email, you can require the information by Whatsapp or by SMS.
