Who we are
Urban Trend is a guest house located in two spacious and completely restored apartments, on the second floor of an ancient historic building from which the Italian historical figure Giuseppe Garibaldi spoke to the people.
It offers many popular services you would find in a 4 or 5-star hotel and it is located in a completely central position, in Palmanova, an important Italian UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) site. Furthermore, it is situated near other 2 important Italian Unesco sites: Aquileia and Cividale Del Friuli.
Its essentially modern style and its clean and linear design call to mind a relaxing environment and a meeting point between style and comfort. A place where to always feel at home.

... but what is a Guest House? A guest house provides accommodation like a normal hotel with the only difference that a hotel has more rooms, but we can basically say that it is a hotel to all intents and purposes.
The 6 rooms available are always clean, comfortable and welcoming. In addition, they are equipped with many services in great demand, such as private bathroom with large shower, shower gel and shampoo dispenser, free wireless internet connection, air conditioning, adjustable electronic heating, smart satellite TV with free Netflix streaming service, courtesy fridge, electronic safe, kettle with free tea, coffee and cappuccino as well as toaster with free bread, jam, chocolate spread and honey in each room (on request).
Other optional services include breakfasts at special prices at the cafè / paninoteca next door (Bar Demar), which offers quick meals and big breakfasts.
